Countryside, the leading home builder behind the planned transformation of North Leigh Park, has made a commitment to invest in apprenticeships for local people as the business prepares to commence work on the flagship site.

The public plaza at Rochester Riverside, Countryside and Hyde’s £419m regeneration scheme in Medway, has been officially opened.

Alongside their sponsorship, Countryside have also contributed financially towards the construction of the £1 million pavilion at Broadbridge Heath FC, the football club’s stadium, two full size football pitches and junior pitch.

The Beaulieu Park School, Essex’s first all-through school in Chelmsford, has opened its doors to the first intake of secondary school students.

Countryside celebrated its spirit of partnership and collaboration by hosting a dragon boat race for all its partners and suppliers at Fairlop Waters in Redbridge – raising £10,275 for Essex-based charity SNAP. The funds will go to parents and carers of children with special needs and disabilities.
