Feature17, a mixed-use development on the 50-year old Marlowe Road estate in the London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) developed by Countryside, has been shortlisted for ‘Development of the Year’ at the prestigious RESI Awards 2018.

Acton Gardens, the major regeneration of the South Acton Estate in West London by Countryside and L&Q, has been shortlisted in the ‘Regeneration’ category at the RICS Awards.

Countryside, has been presented with two of the top awards at the Barnet Architecture Awards.

Brook Valley Gardens, which forms part of the regeneration of the former Dollis Valley Estate in Chipping Barnet, Hertfordshire, has won the award for ‘Best Residential New Build (10+ units)’ at the Delivering for Barnet Architecture Awards 2017.

Countryside has announced the winners of its 2017 Alan Cherry Placemaking Awards. Organised in honour of the company’s late founder, Alan Cherry CBE DL, the event took place on Wednesday 1 November at The Shard’s Shangri-La Hotel.

The Brentwood-based homebuilder Countryside received the most coveted award at the 2017 Housebuilder awards last night, being named ‘Large Housebuilder of the year’.

Countryside has been shortlisted at the UK Business Awards (UKBA) in the Best Place to Work category and for Management, Education and Training.
