Representatives from Lambeth Council joined Countryside Partnerships, the UK’s leading mixed-tenure developer, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, and Sigma Capital on behalf of London BTR Investments to mark the official start of construction on the £1.2bn regeneration of Clapham Park in south London with a groundbreaking ceremony in May 2023.

On 24 May 2023 Kingston Council and Countryside Partnerships marked the start of construction on their regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate in Kingston, which will deliver 2,170 homes of which 45% will be affordable, including a minimum of 114 additional council homes.

Furrell’s Park at Rochester Riverside, Countryside Partnerships’ and the Hyde Group’s £419m regeneration scheme, was recently officially opened by local primary school pupils, marking a major step in the health and wellbeing amenities on offer at the 1,400-home scheme.
