Three Countryside schemes shortlisted for the International Property Awards 2022
We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s International Property Awards, with Greenwich Millennium Village, Beaulieu and St Luke’s Park all receiving recognition.
These awards identify the highest levels of achievement in real estate, development, architecture, interior design and marketing - in both the residential and commercial sectors - focusing on sustainability, high living standards, ergonomics, originality and creativity.
Greenwich Millennium Village, our joint venture scheme with Taylor Wimpey Central London in association with the Mayor of London, has been shortlisted in the Apartment/Condominium category. Once complete, the development will deliver over 2,800 homes, set within a village-like environment and structured to achieve a sense of community. Offering fantastic new facilities, residents benefit from easy access to a range of amenities including a Co-op, barbers, pharmacy and a hairdressing salon, with The Galleria (the latest collection of homes) also featuring a new community centre, nursery and a café.
Also shortlisted is Beaulieu, our flagship scheme in Chelmsford in partnership with L&Q, which has been recognised in the Mixed-Use Development category. Set in King Henry VIII’s former hunting grounds, Beaulieu brings together quality new homes in a range of styles to suit different preferences and income levels, alongside new community, health, sport and retail amenities, including: Essex’s first all-through primary and secondary school, a day nursery and education centre. Additionally, the scheme will include a second new primary school, hotel, business park, relief road (open in part) and a new train station due to be operational by 2025/6.
Finally, St Luke's Park, our development in Runwell, Essex, has been recognised in the Residential Development 20+ Units category. Once home to Runwell Hospital, this former brownfield site has been thoughtfully reimagined to create a thriving neighbourhood over 200 acres. Planned across five phases, this scheme will deliver 575 high-quality new homes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom houses, alongside a fantastic selection of new amenities on site including a Co-op, a café/bistro, a 210-place primary school and 56-place nursery school.
