Rochester Riverside Proud to be Lead Sponsor of Dickensian Festival
Countryside and Hyde are proud to have sponsored the Dickensian Christmas Festival, on behalf of Rochester Riverside. We were delighted to support the popular, festive entertainment and were impressed by the amazing parades, carols and story-telling sessions in the historic town of Rochester.
Thousands of people from across Medway enjoyed the candlelit parade and carols outside Rochester Cathedral. For those finishing their Christmas shopping, there was an opportunity to browse the Victorian delights at the Christmas market and eat some of the festive bites.
When complete, Rochester Riverside will provide up to 1,400 new homes across four distinctive neighbourhoods. The development will also deliver a new primary school, retail space, a hotel and over ten acres of green, open space, thereby creating a landmark destination and community on the banks of the River Medway.
