Pullman Green double shortlisting at The Yorkshires, Residential Real Estate Awards 2022
We are delighted to announce that our Pullman Green development in Hexthorpe has been shortlisted in both the Best Large Development and ESG Excellence categories at The Yorkshires, Residential Real Estate Awards 2022.
These highly regarded awards celebrate the incredible living spaces that are created and renovated throughout Yorkshire, and we are proud to have been recognised in this way.
Home of the former Doncaster Railway Works, Pullman Green will eventually deliver a thriving community of 671 beautifully designed contemporary homes. In partnership with affordable homes provider, Sage, and build to rent specialists, Sigma Capital Group with their private rental brand Simple Life Homes, the scheme will offer 196 affordable homes, 239 homes for the build to rent market and a further 236 open market properties, providing a truly multifaceted and regenerative development.
