North London has secured planning consent from Waltham Forest Council for the third phase of Feature 17.
We’ve been working in partnership with Waltham Forest Council since 2016 to deliver a three-phase regeneration of the Marlowe Road Estate. This final phase will deliver a further 258 new homes, marking an uplift of 141 homes from the existing permission, of which 43%, or 112 homes, will be affordable.
Demolition works for the final phase are set to start in late April 2023 with the first residents moving in Winter 2024.
