National Three Peaks Challenge: A Test of Endurance and Team Spirit

Three Peaks Challenge

Colleagues from three of Countryside Partnership’s business teams took on the National Three Peaks Challenge and have raised upwards of £22000 for Vistry Group’s charity of the year Alzheimers Society.

Comprising the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales, the challenge takes place over a gruelling 24 hour time frame.
The journey proved to be a combination of triumph, challenges, pain, and even emotional moments for some.

The Yorkshire team comprised 11 members who managed to surpass expectations. Despite the physical and mental obstacles encountered along the way, the Yorkshire team crossed the finish line. Support was provided by several of the team’s colleagues.
The Merseyside & Cheshire West team, comprising nine participants and a dedicated driver, drove six-hours to the start point in Scotland to begin their journey and demonstrated remarkable dedication and perseverance.

The Manchester & Cheshire East team, comprising 13 walkers and two drivers, encountered their fair share of obstacles during the challenge before successfully reaching the finish line.

Donations raised through the National Three Peaks Challenge will contribute to the fight against Alzheimer's disease, making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by this devastating condition. All donations raised through the National Three Peaks Challenge will go towards the Alzheimer's Society and will play a vital role in addressing the needs of those living with the condition.
