We are proud to announce we have been shortlisted in two award categories at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
These highly regarded awards recognise and celebrate housebuilders and housing associations’ that are commitment to and focused on helping aspirational buyers across the UK, step onto the property ladder. The developments which have been identified for their contribution to the first-time buyer market are Greenwich Millennium Village and Fresh Wharf.
Testament to our successful joint venture with Taylor Wimpey Central London, in association with the Mayor of London, Greenwich Millennium Village has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Partnership’ category. One of the most exciting regeneration projects in Europe, over the past 22 years this partnership has been transforming a 300-acre brownfield site into a new sustainable district at the heart of the Capital which, once fully complete, will deliver over 2,800 new homes.
Our Fresh Wharf development in Barking has also been shortlisted in the ‘Best First Time Buyer Apartment’ category, with the two-bedroom apartments recognised as an ideal first step onto the property ladder for those seeking a luxury specification in a thriving location at an affordable price. With Help to Buy available, these impressive homes are highly sought-after by those looking to be part of the regeneration success story in Barking & Dagenham, which continues to outperform the wider London housing market.
