Countryside Partnerships East Midlands have handed over the keys to the final customers at The Green in Grendon.
The development comprises of a total 129 homes. 69 private homes sold under the Linden Homes brand and 60 affordable homes, sold by Midland Heart.
The project, which started in late 2019, is 6.75 hectares and made up off 22 two-bedroom, 78 three-bedroom and 29 four-bedroom homes.
As well as providing much needed homes for the local area, the development has also delivered green public open space, children’s play facilities, and links across the site to serve the existing development and the existing public right of way.
This successful site has been accomplished with an award-winning team, taking the internal Vistry Partnerships ‘Team of the Year’ title for 2021. Congratulations to all of the site and sales team who have worked tirelessly a difficult two years to reach a 5 star HBF rating.
