We are proud to announce that Fellowship Square our joint venture project with LB Waltham Forest has been shortlisted in the mixed use category at this year’s New London Awards 2022.

These highly regarded awards recognise and celebrate the projects that best create a sustainable, civilised, and egalitarian city, that seek to improve the quality and standards of new design and respect London’s rich mix of old and new.

Testament to our successful partnership with renowned architects Macreanor Lavington, Gort Scott and Metwork, and in association with Waltham Forest Council, Fellowship Square has been shortlisted in the ‘Mixed Use’ category. Phase two of the development will bring 433 new high-quality mixed- tenure homes across five buildings, 50% of which are affordable. The scheme will also create a wealth of new community spaces, including a creche and a new modern civic building.

Fellowship Square is a prime example of our commitment to creating places people love and reinforces our position as a leading developer for mixed use tenures. This impressive shortlisting is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our teams and trusted partners and we look forward to building sustainable communities for future generations to enjoy.

Voting is now open and the deadline is 1 November 2022 – for further information visit:  New London Awards 2022 - Shortlist - New London Architecture (nla.london)
