Deal completion at St James’ Park in Bishops

Countryside Partnerships Home Counties North have recently completed on a deal with Hearthstone Investments to deliver 31 private rented homes at St James’ Park in Bishops Stortford.

Phase G2 comprises of 103 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. As well as 31 private rented homes, the phase also consists of 40% affordable housing and 30 private for sale homes. Construction for this phase commenced in February 2023 with first occupations expected in Spring 2024.

This is the second phase of development to be built by Countryside at St James’ Park and forms part of a wider site of approximately 750 new homes. The wider development will also provide extensive new facilities for sports and recreation, along with a local centre with shops and community facilities. A new primary and secondary school are also to be built.

This is the first deal within Vistry Group to be completed with Hearthstone Investments and Countryside look forward to delivering high quality private rented homes to Bishops Stortford.
