Countryside picks up three awards at British Home Awards 2021

We are proud to share that we were named as finalists in three categories at this year’s British Home Awards. Our flagship scheme in Chelmsford, Beaulieu, was named a finalist in the Best Housing Partnership category, Great Kneighton in Cambridge was a finalist for Development of the Year (100+ units) and Kingsmere in Oxfordshire made the finalist list in the Best Mixed-Use category.

Our joint venture development with L&Q, Beaulieu, which comprises circa 3,600 homes across 604 acres in Chelmsford, Essex, was named a finalist in the Best Housing Partnership category. This win celebrates our exceptional collaboration with our development partners to create a thriving neighbourhood that truly meets the needs of modern living.
Great Kneighton, located in Cambridgeshire, is renowned as a true ‘20-minute’ neighbourhood and was named a finalist for Development of the Year (100 units+). Alongside bringing 2,550 new homes to a highly sought-after location, this award-winning development also features 49 hectares of public open space, 3,050 sqm of retail space, two new schools, a community building, a health centre, sports pitches and play areas.
Our Kingsmere development in Bicester, Oxfordshire, also picked up a finalist award in the Best Mixed-use category. Recognising high quality amenities and the value they add to the local community, this new neighbourhood comprises of new homes and amenities, including a new school, village centre and retail park.
