Beaulieu, St Luke’s Park and Greenwich Millennium Village all receive awards at the International Property Awards 2022
We are delighted to share that three Countryside schemes - Beaulieu, St Luke’s Park and Greenwich Millennium Village – all received awards at this year’s International Property Awards, with St Luke's Park in Runwell, Essex, obtaining the top award in the Residential Development 20+ Units category.
Recognised for its provision of homes within a careful village-like design, Greenwich Millennium Village, our joint venture scheme with Taylor Wimpey Central London, in association with the Mayor of London, was an award winner in the Apartment/Condominium category. Set to deliver over 2,800 homes and structured to achieve a sense of community, this impressive scheme also offers a wealth of fantastic new facilities including a Co-op, barbers, pharmacy and a hairdressing salon, with The Galleria (the latest collection of homes) also featuring a new community centre, nursery and a café.
Receiving the highest award in the Residential Development 20+ Units category was St Luke’s Park, our popular development in Runwell. Formerly home to Runwell Hospital, this brownfield site has been carefully reimagined to create a vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of Essex. Spanning 300 acres and planned across five phases, this scheme will eventually comprise 575 new homes alongside a plethora of on-site amenities on site including a Co-op, a café/bistro, a 210-place primary school and 56-place nursery school.
Finally, Beaulieu, our flagship development in Chelmsford in partnership with L&Q, was placed in the Mixed-Use Development category. Boasting an idyllic setting within King Henry VIII’s former hunting grounds, Beaulieu offers homes to suit a range of lifestyles and income levels. What’s more, residents here benefit from a plethora of impressive facilities, including: Essex’s first all-through primary and secondary school, a day nursery and education centre, as well as a second new primary school, hotel, business park, relief road (open in part) and a new train station due to be operational by 2025/6.
