These reputable awards recognise and celebrate housebuilders and housing associations’ that are commitment to and focused on helping aspirational buyers across the UK, step onto the property ladder.

Shortlisted in the ‘Best First Time Buyer Apartment’ category, is our two-bedroom apartment at Beaulieu Gate – the latest phase at our flagship scheme in Chelmsford, Essex.
