97 new build-to-rent homes coming to redefine Bristol’s private rental market in landmark deal
In a complete first, leading mixed-tenure developer Countryside and build-to-rent (BTR) specialist Wise Living have agreed a brand-new £30 million scheme to deliver 97 BTR homes in Bristol. This exciting scheme represents the inaugural partnership between the two property specialists.
In a record time of just under six weeks, Countryside and Wise Living completed the standout deal which includes plans for a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom energy efficient and modern homes for private rental in the Cribbs Causeway area of the city. The majority of these homes will benefit from solar panels and once completed will be expertly managed and maintained by Wise Living for its tenants.
