As a first-time buyer, if your family or friends give you a helping hand with your deposit, we’ll give them a £2,000 thank you AND we’ll give you an extra boost, with £5,000 towards your moving costs*.

It can be a huge challenge to pull together a deposit for your first home, but if your family or friends are in a position to help you get onto the property ladder, we’ll help you show your appreciation.

Introducing Deposit Assist from Countryside Homes. When your friends or relatives contribute a minimum of 5% towards the deposit for your Countryside home, we’ll give them a £2,000 gift.

The process is simple, as soon as you complete on your new home, we’ll transfer the money to them. It doesn’t stop there though; we’ll also give you £5,000 cashback that you can use towards moving costs or furnishings for your new home.
