Land, Planning & New Business

Our land team is responsible for finding the best locations to build places people love to live. They cover everything from identifying opportunities to purchase land and negotiating the best prices for it, to carrying out assessments and working with communities. Our Partnerships model means that we bring together a full range of stakeholders including partners, investors, land owners, housing associations, government bodies and the community to identify and develop places people love. We procure land in a variety of ways, so our land teams are diverse in their skillset and as such we offer a wide variety of roles within these teams.

It’s down to our commercial team to ensure that costs are under control and that every investment we make delivers the best value for our projects. The team’s responsibilities range from estimates in the planning phase, to purchasing materials and managing the cost of sub-contractor services. They also  keep track of costs throughout a development’s lifecycle to make sure it is built within budget.

Sales & Marketing

Buying a home is a huge investment for most people, so we depend on our Sales & Marketing teams to make the buying process as plain sailing as possible. They oversee the promotion and sales of developments in their regions, showcasing the homes we have for sale and providing all the information a customer needs in order to make an informed decision to buy with us. We also have a bespoke progression team who ensure that the customer is closely guided through the legal progression of their purchase and are clearly communicated with throughout the process, before it is handed over to our inhouse conveyancing team.

Customer Services

Once a customer purchases their new home, our Customer Service team become their key point of contact. They are on hand to help with any queries or issues a customer may have with their home, whether that’s how to use a new appliance or picking up on any snagging items. This involves working with other teams across the business to resolve any challenges and being sensitive to our customer’s needs.
