Applications will be open from the 1st November 2018 and will remain open until the deadline of 31st January 2019. Once the recruitment process is complete, we will be issuing offers for our new Graduates to commence employment with us from the 1st October 2019.
It's simple! You can apply in 3 ways:

2. Apply for one of our Graduate vacancies on our 'Current Vacancies' page, and we will send you an application form in response.
3. Email [email protected] and request an application form to be emailed or posted to you!
We will be screening applications throughout February 2019, and will be in touch with you by the 28th February 2019. Don't worry - we will contact you whether you have been successful or not. Our recruitment process is completely transparent and you should always know where you stand.
Whilst we value commitment to your team, we are dedicated to providing you with as much opportunity as we think you need to become a successful housebuilding professional. We will assign you to a 'base' office location, but we will offer you rotations in other offices to ensure you gain the exposure you deserve, so we are expecting our 2019 Graduates to be UK mobile.
Yes! We are completely committed to developing future talent, and not everybody is an academic. We value your skill set and attributes and are seeking to find Graduates who are aligned with our ethics and values.
Whilst it is advantageous for your personal development for you to have a construction and property related degree, this is by no means essential to us. We have recruited graduates in the past that have done Sports Management or History degrees! We are looking for your passion, and we understand that choosing a uni degree isn't easy and often you change your path mid way through your study. We provide full study support too, so should you come from a non-construction degree, we can always help you achieve a MSc or BSc in your new area of interest.
Ideally, yes. We tailor our scheme to Graduates that are in their final year, or who have completed a degree within the last two years.
Yes, we are an Equal Opportunities employer and of course will consider applications from all students. You will of course need to ensure that you have a valid passport or work permit, details of which we will take at the Assessment day. Please bear in mind however, that we are currently not in a position to be able to sponsor visas.
Of course! We actively encourage students to become accredited and will fully fund and support you through this. We are currently set up to be able to support with RICS, RIBA, RTPI or ICIOB accreditations.
