At Countrysde we pride ourselves on offering a rewarding, inclusive and supportive workplace, as demonstrated through our values. Early Careers Conference

We recently hosted our first Early Careers conference which reflects our commitment, continued drive and focus on early career opportunities across Countryside.

The event gave attendees, which included management trainees, graduates and those that support their development through the programme, an opportunity to network, learn from speakers and a chance to develop vital skills important for their professional growth and personal development.

"The Early Careers conference offered a great insight into the business, social impact and sustainability. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to all the speakers and networking with fellow graduates and trainees across the business." - Roma Sondhi, Graduate Trainee, West Midlands, Countryside.
