

All our homes are built to National House-Building Council (NHBC) standards - the technical benchmark for newly-built homes. The standards define the technical requirements and performance for every element of the building process, from foundations through to decoration.
NHBC is the UK's leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance policy for new homes. The Buildmark policy is made up of three parts.

Should you sell your home, whilst it is still within 10-year warranty and insurance period, the cover transfers to the new owners once they provide us with proof of ownership; another added benefit of buying new.
Whilst the majority of our homes come with an NHBC Buildmark policy, on some developments we have alternative providers with similar cover instead. The warranties are similar in nature and provide a cover that runs for a 10-year period against major structural damage to your home. Full details of the warranty and insurance provider is covered by the Sales Consultant at the point of reservation.
Your interests are additionally covered by the Consumer Code for Home Builders, which we adhere to. The Consumer Code applies to all home buyers who reserve a new build home. Under the Consumer Code, you can can be assured you will be treated fairly and given reliable and accurate information on your buying decision, amongst other things.
