Our continued support, for peace of mind

For the first two years after completion, your new home is covered by your Countryside Homes two-year warranty. This is supported by your regional Customer Service team who are also available to provide you with advice, and by an out of hours service that has professional tradespeople on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This out of hours service covers emergency situations in the rare event that your property is left without power, water, or heating.

Your Countryside Homes two-year warranty commences from the day you legally complete on your new home. In addition, your new Countryside home comes with the security of a 10-year warranty from the NHBC (or other recognised warranty provider LABC or Premier).

 

What does the warranty cover?

For the first two years from the date of legal completion, Countryside Homes covers any defects to your home caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

During years 3 – 10, your warranty provider insures you against any damage that results from structural defects in your new Countryside home, giving you complete peace of mind.

In addition, you will benefit from some specific guarantees provided by the suppliers of fixtures in your home, e.g., appliances. Please contact your Sales Consultant if you require any detailed information.

Selling your home

Should you sell your home, whilst it is still within the 10-year warranty period, the cover transfers to the new owners once they provide us with proof of ownership; another added benefit of buying new.
