Why Greater Manchester features in our top-trending developments nationwide

Three of our Manchester sites have topped the list of the most searched UK developments on Countryside’s website. 

Over the last six months, our Radclyffe Green site was amongst the top five searches of all of Countryside’s 95 nationwide developments. This is the second site we’ve launched in Chadderton in three years, as a result of huge homebuyer demand in the area.

City living

With a balance between accessible links to nearby cities as well as green open space, Radclyffe Green has attracted buyers from across the region. Located just two miles from Oldham and six miles from Manchester city centre, picturesque Foxdenton Park is also only a short walk away. 

Country life

A second Greater Manchester development, Millbank Lock, was also amongst the top 10 searched sites on Countryside’s website. Located on the banks of the Manchester ship canal in Partington, this is another site which has proved popular with buyers looking for a balance between countryside and commutability.

A proud history

And in a running theme, our east Manchester development, Belle Vue Place, has also gained plenty of interest, securing a spot in the top 10 most searched sites. With its recognised heritage, the site, which was previously home to Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium, appeals to those looking to live on the outskirts of the city and access to an abundance of open space.
