Tell us more about the general design approach behind the home?

“The one-bedroom apartment at Beam Park was designed with young professionals in mind, who may be commuting to London or working from home. Talk us through the design of the living areas?

And how did you approach the bedroom?

“Moving through to the bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, the lush greens and gold bring a sense of calmness as well as luxury. The soft greys and washed wood textures in the wallpaper and furniture, introduce an extra layer of appeal to this serene space. There is also plenty of room for a desk which can be used as a dressing table or working from home hub, fashioning a flexible space for a flexible lifestyle.”
