Countryside celebrates two private completion milestones - the 300th at St Luke’s Park and 100th at Meadow Rise

Recently, Countryside celebrated two completion milestones at their popular Essex developments, Meadow Rise in Braintree and St Luke’s Park in Runwell. Meadow Rise celebrated its 100th private completion and St Luke’s Park honoured it’s impressive 300th completion, with both sets of buyers now happily settling into their new homes. 

To mark the milestones, the purchasers each received £50 vouchers, and a selection of complimentary cupcakes were shared with residents at both developments.

When speaking with the buyers at St Luke’s Park, Jacqueline and Sonny, they said, “We are so excited to be moving into our new home. We fell in love with St Luke’s Park as soon as we came across it – there is so much green space here which is perfect for walking our two dogs, and the fact it has a nursery and primary school onsite was a huge selling point for us. We also love the community feel here and can’t wait to make this our long-term home.”

Meadow Rise buyers, Jaimie and James added “Our new home at Meadow Rise is perfect for our family of five. We previously lived nearby in Braintree, but with three children we needed more space which is exactly what we now have in our four-bedroom house at Meadow Rise – the large garden in particular is just perfect for our children, they love it.”
