Springsmiths - Phase 2
Swindon

Countryside are excited to announce that the second phase of King George Park is coming soon.

Springsmiths is a collection of new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes that will offer modern elevations and contemporary interior spaces. This collection, surrounded by community woodland to the east, also benefits from a prime position for the new King George Park primary school and located near to the new village square which will later bring community facilities and amenities to the development. Families will also benefit from the excellent play areas and green spaces.

The development is within easy access to commuter links, shopping, dining and the beautiful surrounding countryside. Swindon truly is a great place to live whether you are a first-time buyer or looking to move up the property ladder.

Countryside offers an enviable specification included as standard in all our homes. Established for over 60 years, we are proud to be awarded the industry's top award of '5 Stars' with a customer service that is second to none.

This phase is currently in consultation. We will post further updates on the development as and when we receive them.
