Retired teacher becomes the 50th resident at Countryside’s Wolsey Park development, after discovering his dream home in Essex

Having lived on the outskirts of Essex his entire life, recently retired Geoff Saville, decided he wanted to move further into the Essex countryside to enjoy a more rural lifestyle. Having researched a number of housebuilders, the former special needs teacher set his heart on a Countryside property.
