

The first of the four developments, Watermark, when complete in 2024 will deliver 229 new homes, of which 88 are affordable, as well as approximately 30,000sq ft of new restaurant, café and community space along the town’s waterways. Improved pedestrian and cycle routes are also a key feature of the scheme.
Construction will directly support 350 jobs with Countryside targeting the local labour market and providing apprenticeships for those looking to become a qualified trade person.
