  • A redundant, 14 acre brownfield site
  • Part of the Grade I listed Cliveden Estate

Following a comprehensive selection process we were chosen by the National Trust to create a sustainable development on a site at the Cliveden Estate, near Taplow. We subsequently secured a detailed planning consent for the development.

Funds raised by the sale of the site are ensuring the long-term upkeep of the main Cliveden House and extensive grounds, as originally intended by the Astor family.

Surrounded by mature landscape, Cliveden Village has been designed as a natural element within the fabric of the estate. Cliveden Village comprises 135 contemporary houses and apartments, and has been built in line with the National Trust’s environmental principles.

The design of the homes blends simplicity and sympathy for the natural surroundings with the highest standards in contemporary architecture. In recognition of this, Cliveden Village has received a Building for Life Gold Standard.
