Engagement
We are working in partnership with Ealing Council and L&Q to deliver a successful rehousing programme and ensure regular and consistent communication with residents and the broader community through Community Boards, drop-in surgeries and events for residents.
Empowerment
A £50,000 per annum fund has been created to support local community groups, with the sole purpose of delivering social value initiatives for local residents.
Partnership
Countryside funded the Acton Gardens Emergency Relief and Food Distribution programme in partnership with the Acton Gardens Community Centre – to support families affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Stewardship
Throughout the regeneration, independent research has been commissioned to measure the development’s social impact, and better understand and monitor priorities for local residents. This ensures the design and management of the project delivers against the community’s long-term needs.
