Home Stepper now available
Introducing Home Stepper a new shared ownership scheme.
Home Stepper means you can purchase a share of a new Countryside home and pay a monthly rent on the remaining part. Smaller deposit requirements and lower monthly payments may make it easier to buy the new home you've always wanted.

Greener by Design
Did you know our homes are 27% more energy efficient than the national average and 56% more energy efficient when compared to a Victorian property? Good for your bank balance, good for the planet. Countryside homes are always Greener by Design.

Take advantage of new Stamp Duty rates
The threshold for paying Stamp Duty on a home has doubled from £125,000 up to £250,000. That means that current home owners will typically save £2,500 on their Stamp Duty bill.
For first-time buyers the threshold is even higher, with no Stamp Duty to pay on homes up to £425,000 (previously £300,000). That makes for a £6,250 saving if you purchase a £425,000 home.
